I am a Registered Dietitian and virtual nutritionist who believes in the strong connection between what you eat and feeling your best. Nutrition has not always been my path; however, it became my obsession after working at an investment bank for four years and seeing my own health suffer from stress and poor eating. Through my own journey of trying to understand how different foods made me feel, and how they affected my body, I realized that nutrition and helping others are what I am truly passionate about.

I understand the daily challenges of staying mindful, and not always being able to make the best food decisions under stress, and I love to help change the lives of others through nutrition like I have been able to change mine! My main goal is to help my clients achieve a healthy lifestyle by tailoring each session to individual goals. My nutrition advice is based on scientific evidence and plans are personalized to each client’s specific health objectives and preferences.
